Welcome to KGcart. By accessing our website or using our delivery services for fresh vegetables, fruits, and meats, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KGcart platform. By registering an account, browsing our products, or making a purchase, you enter into a binding agreement with KGcart.
2. Service Availability
- Service Area: KGcart currently operates and delivers within designated service areas. We reserve the right to decline orders outside our delivery radius.
- Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. Because we deal with fresh farm produce and daily-cut meats, stock levels fluctuate. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a substitution or a refund for that item.
3. User Accounts
- To place an order, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your contact and delivery details. KGcart is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or phone numbers.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We strive for accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment.
- Prices for fresh produce and meats are subject to daily market fluctuations and may change without prior notice.
5. Delivery Policy
- We aim to deliver your groceries within the selected time slot. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or traffic.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Perishable goods left unattended at your request are done so at your own risk.
6. Returns and Refunds
Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Please inspect your items upon delivery. Any issues with perishable goods must be reported within 12 to 24 hours of receiving your order. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the KGcart website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of KGcart and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KGcart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu.
