At KGcart, we are committed to delivering the freshest vegetables, fruits, and meats. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Conditions for Perishable Goods
Because we deal in fresh, perishable produce and meats, returns are handled with strict timeframes to ensure quality and safety:
- Inspection Upon Delivery: We highly encourage you to inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you notice any items that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please return them immediately to our delivery executive.
- Post-Delivery Issues: If you discover a quality issue after the delivery agent has left, please contact our customer support team within 12 to 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request a photograph of the defective item to process the return.
2. Refund Policy
If your return is approved due to damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, we will initiate a refund process.
- Processing Time: Once the returned item is received or the return request is verified, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- Partial Refunds: If only a portion of your order is returned or missing, the refund will be calculated based on the exact price of the affected items.
- Bank Delays: While we process the refund within the stipulated 7 working days, please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
3. Order Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order without any penalty if it has not yet been dispatched for delivery. The full amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
- After Dispatch: Orders containing perishable goods cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery.
