You can easily place an order through multiple channels: via our Android mobile app, our website (www.kgcart.com), or directly through WhatsApp or phone at 8544 8544 64.
To ensure absolute freshness, KGcart operates on a next-day delivery model for produce. We source vegetables directly from the farm only after receiving your order and deliver them within 18 hours of plucking.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM: Delivered next day between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Orders placed between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM: Delivered next day between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
Non-vegetarian items are delivered within 60 to 90 minutes for orders placed between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
We operate seven days a week, Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Express Delivery is a premium service that allows you to schedule delivery at a convenient time of your choice outside our standard delivery slots.
- Standard Delivery (Vegetables & Fruits): ₹49 for orders below ₹999.
- Standard Delivery (Non-Veg): ₹49 for orders below ₹1499.
- Express Delivery: ₹99 for all orders below ₹1499.
We offer a "No Questions Asked" return or exchange policy. If items are not fresh or are damaged, raise a request within 1 hour of delivery. You may choose an immediate exchange or a full refund.
Yes. Orders can be canceled anytime before they leave our warehouse. Once an order is marked "Out for Delivery", cancellation is no longer possible.
We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment account within 7 working days from the refund request date.

Currently, KGcart delivers within a 5 km radius from Bedford. We plan to expand our delivery zones in the future.
No, currently we deliver only Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, and Non-Veg products including:
- Chicken
- Mutton
- Fish
- Eggs
