Kiwi is one of the most nutrient rich fruits and is grown extensively in New Zealand. It is extremely rich in Vitamin C and beta-carotene. Kiwi is also high in fibre and is good for cardiovascular health. Cut into 2 halves and scoop out with a spoon, or peel the skin and cut into circular slices. Use as a topping on ice creams or to prepare delicious fruit salads.
