Harricot Beans

Haricot Beans are available year-round with summer as the peak season. The peas inside are covered with the tight bean flesh. They have less starch and protein than other bean varieties, but have higher levels of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. French Beans can be prepared whole or eaten raw.
